10 hang power clean and jerk 95lbs
Time: There were too many interruptions too keep good track of time, but I pushed myself and was going pretty dang fast.
2nd WOD:
5 rounds:
5--55lb dumb bell snatch each hand
20 dips (I wish the gym had rings)
Time: 5:22
