So, this is my first day repeating the WOD. Last week I did 225lbs back squat and 115lbs press.
Today:
Squat-
1x5 @ 45
1x5 @ 95
1x5 @ 135
1x3 @ 185
1x2 @ 225
3x5 @ 245
Press-
1x5 @ 45
1x5 @ 75
1x5 @ 95
1x2 @ 105
3x5 @ 120
My squat felt better than my press today. Still getting stronger though.
