Day 2

Today was power cleans and a short metcon

Power Clean progression:
2x5 @ 65lbs
1x3 @ 95 lbs
1x3 @ 115lbs
1x3 @ 135 lbs
3x3 @ 155 lbs
2x3 @ 135 lbs

I wanted to get all five working sets at 155lbs, but my form got too crappy that I had to go back down.  I probably should've only gone down to 145 instead of 135, but thats ok.  

WOD:
5 rounds for time:
6 muscle ups
20 air squats
