Squats:
45x5, 95x5, 135x5, 155x3, 185x3, 225x2, 235x3x5 (just below parallel), 185x3x5 (butt touch calves)

Bench: 95x5, 135x10, 155x5, 185x3, 195x2, 205 x 3 x 5 without a spotter.
