Dead Lifts!

My dead lifts are seeing some serious improvement.  

Strength WOD:
135x15, 225x8, 275x5, 325x1 (PR), 295x3, 205x12

So that's another 10 lb increase in a week and a dead lift of 2.3 times my body weight, which is pretty awesome.  

I then did a little metcon mix of:
4 rounds:
10 pull ups
20 push ups
30 dips

  1. I'm interested in burpees. Those are series of pushups, squating and jumping up in the air, right? I was watching a challenge of 100 reps with two girls competing,it was pretty intense!

    What else can you tell me?

  2. What do you want to know about them? If you want a quick cardio..burpees will do it to you! In Crossfit they make you clap above your head because it forces you to remember to jump higher. To start off, try doing 30 burpees in 3 min.
